Five ways we support your flow control assets

Engage us for the full scope or for a single discipline. The engineering standard is the same either way.

01 — Supply & trading

Industrial valve supply, wherever you operate

We are actively engaged in the supply and trading of industrial valves, serving clients across Asia, the Middle East and markets worldwide. Units are supplied matched to the media, pressure, temperature and duty cycle of your process — together with the actuators, gearboxes and accessories needed to complete the assembly.

Selection is a technical exercise before it is a commercial one. We confirm the specification first, then quote against it.

  • Export supply across Asia, the Middle East and worldwide
  • Valve, actuator and accessory package supplied as one assembly
  • Material and trim selection reviewed against process media
  • Documentation and certification supplied with delivery
  • Spares and obsolescence planning for installed assets

02 — Site servicing

Maintenance, commissioning and troubleshooting in place

Our engineers work on your site, on your assets. Where a valve can be serviced in position we do that; where it cannot, we manage removal, workshop refurbishment and reinstallation.

  • Valve automation — actuator sizing, mounting and integration
  • Planned and breakdown maintenance on valves and actuators
  • Testing and commissioning with recorded results
  • Fault diagnosis on manual, electric, pneumatic and hydraulic units
  • Refurbishment and return-to-service of recoverable assets

03 — Engineering consultancy

Technical support and system integration

Support for the decisions around the hardware: how an actuation package integrates with your control system, how a maintenance regime should be structured, and where a specification is carrying risk.

  • Valve and actuator selection review against process duty
  • Control and instrumentation interface definition
  • Maintenance planning and criticality assessment
  • Failure investigation and corrective recommendations

04 — Project-specific FEA

Finite element analysis against your actual duty

Where loading is unusual, safety-critical or outside standard catalogue limits, analysis replaces assumption. We run finite element studies against the conditions of the specific project.

  • Pressure containment and stress distribution studies
  • Thermal and thermal-cycling assessment
  • Nozzle loading, support and piping interface analysis
  • Reported results with assumptions and limits stated plainly

05 — Engineering modelling

Model it before you fabricate it

3D modelling of valve and actuator assemblies to confirm fit, swept envelope, operator access and interface dimensions — resolving clashes on screen rather than on site.

  • Assembly modelling of valve, actuator and mounting hardware
  • Envelope and clearance checks against surrounding plant
  • Mounting kit and adaption design for retrofit work
  • Drawings and models issued in your preferred formats
